CATHERINE MARGARET KARADIMOS (Age 81)
On Sunday, May 10, 2015, of Rockville, MD. Beloved wife of Peter S. Karadimos; mother of Charles Karadimos, Dean Karadimos (Gillian), and Renee (Paul) Caputo; sister of Anna Mae Showman; and grandmother of Anthony, Andrea, and Amy Caputo. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Wednesday, May 13, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., with the Trisagion Service beginning at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Service at Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church (temporarily housed at St. Andrew Ukrainian Orthodox Church), 15100 New Hampshire Ave., Silver Spring, MD 20905, Thursday, May 14, at 11 a.m. Interment Glenwood Cemetery. Catherine and Pete were/are the best fans a grandchild could ask for. I will miss Catherine's company in the stands. She was a special lady. Pete, we will see you in the fall at Amy's games!

I know that Catherine and Pete had lately gone through some difficulties, and that she had troubles for a great while before that, yet still those of us who saw them regularly at their morning gym appearances miss them both. While Catherine's suffering is blessedly over, we will continue to miss her gentle greetings for a long time. We do hope that Pete will return to us, his company of fellow exerciser-friends. We extend our deepest condolences to all her friends and family, about whom she spoke, lovingly, often.
