CHARLES ALEXANDER CLEMENTS, III (Age 77)
On Saturday, November 22, 2014, of Silver Spring, MD. Former husband of the late Runette Parkhouse Clements; father of Charles IV, Robert (Tessa), Francis (Siobhan), Michael (Patricia), Victoria (Frank DiBella), Jeanne (Don Demato), Jennifer (Michael Hall), James and William (Craig Capossela). Also survived by 25 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD (Valet Parking) Friday, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service at Gate of Heaven Cemetery Chapel, 13801 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, MD, 20906 on Saturday, November 29 at 10 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, P.O. I only met Mr Clements once at his daughter's Jeanne's home he was very sweet and expressed his pride and love for his family. May you find peace in The Lord at this time my thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

My father was Norman Fehr and he was a friend of your father. My father passed away in January of this year and I saw your father at the funeral service. My father always spoke very highly of your father. I know that they spoke on the phone and had lunch together a few times in the months before my father passed away. Our fathers had a lot in common; both owned their own landscape business and both had loving families. Our family is very sorry for your loss.

Although I did not know him, I have been close friends with his son Charlie for years, so I know he must have been a very good man because of the way Charlie is. Sending our deepest heartfelt sympathy to the entire family of Charlie Clements.Charlie was a lifelong friend to my husband Jim Crown ( Charlie called him Jimmy).Charlie was always a good thoughtful, kind friend to my family, as well as many, many other's, he helped so generously in his entire lifetime. There will be a joyful reunion in heaven with Charlie, Jimmy Crown and Tom Hill. God's bleesings to all...he will surely be missed here on this earth.
