On Monday, March 19, 2018, of Rockville, MD. Beloved husband of the late Mary Farley Baker; father of Janet M. Baker, Charles "Chuck" A. Baker, Jr., Constance B. (Andrew) Stevens and David F. Baker; grandfather of Patrick B. and Eileen M. Stevens; brother of Mary Constance, Joseph and the late Robert Baker. My company had the pleasure of working for the Bakers in their Rockville home for 8 years. What's lovely family, and Mr Baker sr could not have been any more of a gentleman with my employees
