I already miss you so much,Roy! I will always remember how you sweetly you grabbed my hand as we walked down the hall in the hospital just a couple weeks ago. Thank you for doing that! You were more than just a big brother. You were a wonderful reminder of our Dad in so many ways.....from your laughter...to your love for animals....to your sweet emotional side of you that you allowed me to see...even your beautiful handwriting. Oh, how you were so like Daddy! I was so overjoyed when you walked me down the aisle to marry Ed. You don't know how much that meant to me . You were the words of wisdom when I needed advice and always had a laugh to share when I needed it. I loved to hear you laugh. You taught me the important things of life.....love of family. I will never forget how long and hard you hugged me just after Daddy died. I'm sorry I never told you how much that meant to me at 15 years old. Thank you for being there for me when I needed you. But now I need you to comfort Nancy....I'll be ok but she needs to know you're still with her. Please give her a sign so she can keep going. You will never be forgotten. Thank you for being the best big brother ever. I love you so much! .....Squirma

To Nancy and family, I'm a neighbor who knew you through our dogs---your Myrtle and our Tugger (a lemon beagle). Despite the fact that we saw each other only occasionally in the neighborhood, I feel a real sadness learning of Roy's passing. He was a delightful man and a good neighbor. My husband and I always enjoyed running into you and Roy and having a little chat, a few laughs (always!) and letting the dogs visit. Happy memories of you and Roy. We're so sorry for your great loss.

I'll always be grateful that Uncle Roy was my uncle. It's hard to fully realize his passing. We'll never forget his love and the things he taught us. He'll always be with us.
