On Monday, February 22, 2016, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of Jared Jacobs; mother of Charles A. Culman, Victoria L. Connerley and the late Bonnie L. Phelps. Also survived by four grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Sunday, February 28 from 2 to 4 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Grace Church, 15661 Norbeck Blvd., Silver Spring, MD, on Monday, February 29 at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com
