Dad, It's hard to believe it has been 6 years now since you left us to join Mom. I miss you every day but take comfort in knowing you are so happy with Mom in our Lord's home. I know you are looking over us, and I feel your gentle guidance in my daily life. This is one of my favorite pictures of the Kilroy Boys. I love you Dad. Give Mom a kiss for me. XO Jeffy

I attended Archbishop Carroll High School with Dennis from 1954- 1958. We shared many classes together at Carroll. Even though we lost track of each other for decades that followed, we were re-acquainted at the Carroll 50th class reunion in 2008. From that day forward, Dennis, myself and several other 1958 grads became good friends and shared many happy times together during the ensuing years. Dennis, I miss you buddy. Deepest Regrets, Andreas (Andy) Loffler, Class of '58.

Mom and Dad, It's just a regular day here. Not a birthday or anniversary, Mother's Day or Father's Day. I just miss you and wanted to write it here. I think of you every day. I know you are watching over all of us. I love you.

My heart is filled with sadness as I have just learned of Denny's passing; I spoke with him in October and he seamed to be in good spirits after his car accident. He was my wonderful, supportive cousin who I will miss terribly. Denny and his mom, Butchie, lived with us for several years when we were young; I sort of thought of him as a brother. May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived. Peace be with you my friend.

I just learned of the passing of Dennis. I worked with Pat at her home for many years and became a pseudo member of the family! Dennis was a remarkable, caring and genuine person who will be missed. I am glad he and Pat can be together again.

I have just found out of the passing of Dennis Kilroy and am so very saddened. I have known Dennis for over 27 years. Am blessed to have known his beloved late wife Patricia as well. My heart is very heavy for Sean, Jennifer and Brendan. I have such wonderful memories of both of your parents and saw your Dad, by chance, last fall. He looked wonderful and we had a fabulous time catching up. Wishing the Kilroy family good memories and many blessings.

When my wife passed away in October 2005 I remember turning around in church at the funeral Mass and there was your father in the next pew with other members of the family. What a tower of support he was to us then, and in the years following, taking care of Mom & Dad. He was a true symbol of family and will be greatly missed.

Suzanne and I have many wonderful memories of our 'kidnappings' to Hershey and Cape May and our visit and travels to Italy and the French Coast. Most of all we will remember your devotion to Pat and your wonderful humor. Rest with Pat. Dave and Suzanne

When our parent leaves us and travels home, to share his/her spirit in Heaven with loved ones who left earlier, we grieve... when the grief passes, we rejoice that our loved ones are together, forever... and our hearts are happy for the knowledge that they are home... God's plan is for us to acknowledge the grief, because we loved and honored our loved ones... then we remember we all have the opportunity to be together again, in God's loving embrace... I believe your Dad is still with you and he knows all of you will join him and your Mom in eternity, together forever... Your Dad was a man of many talents, his greatest was his love for you, his family...

We were privileged to know Dennis for over 40 years. Dennis was an excellent role model as husband to Pat during her extended illness. He was also very dedicated in his Stevens ministry duties at our parish, St John the Baptist.

We certainly enjoyed our frequent Thurs lunch meetings with Dennis catching up with family events, miscellaneous topics and lots of laughs.

The O'Malley family received a visit from Santa before we knew you were that person. My kids, and their parents, were completely stunned and had no idea you were coming. It lengthened the O'Malley children's belief by years. You were the best Santa ever....Rest in Peace. Barbara O'Malley

I was shocked when I learned of Dennis' death; but at least he's with Pat. He was one of the most genuine, caring, and intelligent people I've known; both professionally and personally. I met him as our manager in Rome twenty years ago; and have worked with him here at home on several contracts. His wit, charm, and humor will be missed by many.

Though we are cousins we did not get to really know Dennie & Pat until later years. We have created all kinds of excuses to get together since then. Dennis was an awesome man who cared for everybody else.As our mom & dad aged he was there with mental and physical support when we needed it. Our family will miss him greatly. I am glad for him that his suffering is over and he can be back with Pat - BUT oh he will be missed. RIP and we love you.
