On, Monday, July 10, 2017, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved daughter of the late William T. and the late Margaret D. Bell; loving twin sister of Dorothy M. Bell; aunt of James M. (Debra) Whittaker, William T. Bell III, Mary (James) Eastman, Michael (Kathleen) Bell and the late Kathleen (Donald) Groves. Also survived by great nieces and nephews.
