DOROTHEA L. ZEIS (Age 103)
On Sunday, December 17, 2017, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of the late Joseph E. Zeis; loving mother of Col. Joseph E. Zeis, Jr. USAF (Ret. ) of Centerville, OH; loving grandmother of Kaitlin Ann Zeis; loving Mother-in-law of Susan V. Zeis. Dorothea was a third generation Washingtonian and an active member of the Silver Spring-Wheaton Kiwanis Club, and a Kiwanis Hixson Fellow. Relatives and friends may call at St. Luke Lutheran Church, 9100 Colesville Road (at Highland Dr.), Silver Spring, MD 20910, Thursday, December 21, 2017 from 10 to 11 a.m., with Funeral Service at 11 a.m. Reception to follow and then interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Luke Lutheran Church. www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com
