On Friday, October 2, 2015, of Falling Waters, WV, formerly of Wheaton, MD. Beloved husband of the late Anne Frances Cissel; father of Kristie Anne Carter (Michael) and Linda Marie Cissel; grandfather of Brandon and Zachary Carter. Our condolences to the family. Eddie was our friend and neighbor for over 50 years and always willing to lend a hand. As kids, Holly and Mark would be in awe when he practiced his archery in the back yard. We fondly remember those many impromptu summer evening gatherings with Eddie and Anne, Tom and June Wilks and Benny and Anita Pitsenbarger...be they backyard, front stoop or around the tailgate of Mr. Wilk's truck.
May you find comfort in knowing he lives on in the hearts of many.
