ELIZABETH JUNE HAND (Age 87)
Suddenly on Tuesday, October 10, 2017, of Silver Spring, MD. Born in Washington D.C., on December 1, 1929. She was the daughter of the late June and Charles Suraci. Beloved wife of the late John Phelps Hand, Jr. She is survived by her son, Christopher Walter, stepsons David Hand and Phelps Hand (Linda), and four grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Beverly Spyropolous and late brother, Charles "Buddy" Suraci. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Sunday, October 15, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Bernadette's Church, 72 University Blvd. East, Silver Spring, MD, on Monday, October 16, at 10 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
