Frances Bernice Fogle (Age 74)
On May 17, 2016 of Sykesville, MD. Beloved mother of John (Kelly) H. Fogle, Jr.; sister of Richard, Michael, and Jerry Gowen; grandmother of Julie, Alyson, and Rachel Fogle. Also survived by many loving family and friends. Bernice worked for over 30 years for the Army Corps of Engineers. Memorial Service will be celebrated at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, on Thursday, June 2, at 11 a.m. www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com
