On Tuesday, March 21, 2017, in Edgewater, MD, formerly of Takoma Park, MD. Beloved wife of the late Richard R. Willis; mother of Kathleen (Eddie) Gray, Michael (Nancy) Willis, and Thomas (Mary Lou) Willis; grandmother of Melissa Mooneyhan, Jennifer Gable, Jessica, and Jason Gray, Brendan, Colleen, and Daniel Willis; great-grandmother of Elizabeth and Elaina Gable; Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, 20901 (Valet Parking), Sunday, March 26, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of Grace Church, 15663 Norbeck Blvd., Silver Spring, MD 20906 on Monday, March 27, at 10:30 a.m. Interment Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. I knew Fran a long time, first through Dr. Lombard, then with Dr. Baumgartner, and then as her audiologist. She was a wonderful, nice an caring person. She will be missed.
