Mrs. Strachan and Melanie, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. As a teenager I spent a lot of time at your house. Paul was good natured with a good sense of humor. I never felt anything other than being welcomed by him and your Mom. All good memories being around your loving and considerate family. I am glad that your family had him with you for such a long time and I know he will be missed greatly.

Melanie- My sympathy to you and all your family. I suppose I met your Dad circa 1966- so long ago now. He was always welcoming to us, your friends. That I remember well. And I'm glad to have had a little time with both your folks last summer after 40 yr absence from the neighborhood. I wish I had known Frank over the years between, but will remember fondly our last meeting, very nice conversation, (delicious snacks Mrs. S). May many memories of your long and happy life with him serve you well in his asbsence.

I did not know Frank in the simple sense of the word, though I knew his love and joy through you. We travel the side roads for a time, and touch as many as we can. He has touched us, and will again. Frank Strachan is a part of us all now.

Uncle Frank was beloved by his family, and I always cherished the time we spent together over the many years in which he was a part of my life. He will be missed. He is now in heaven with two of his brothers, my Dad, and Uncle Bob. Doug
