On Monday, June 5, 2017, peacefully at her home in Rockville, MD, surrounded by family. Beloved mother of Karen T. Grisez, J. Gregory Campbell, Robert H. Campbell, Susan C. Bruce, Glenn F. Campbell; grandmother of Marie Holt, Tracy Grisez, Nick Campbell, Justin Campbell, Lisa Campbell, Christopher Bruce, Beth Campbell, Katie Bruce, and William Campbell; great-grandmother of Juliette Holt, Cassie Holt, Jacob Campbell, and Elena Campbell; sister of Mary M. Thorne, and the late John, Lawrence H., James F., Robert B., Charles J. Hogan, and Catherine V. Kehring. I am deeply grieved to learn of the passing of a treasured family friend and a personal friend for forty-three years. Mrs. Campbell was the nicest person anyone could ever meet and a cherished friend. My thoughts and prayers are with the Campbell family at this sad time of loss. I will never have a truer, more giving friend than Mrs. Campbell was to me.
