Dear Joanne and family. Not living in the D.C. area any longer, I just heard of Frank's passing from my brother and others. Frank will certainly be missed by all that knew him. A finer gentlemen that I ever had the opportunity to know and work with. Even though I had lost contact since retiring, I still thought of Frank and you over the years. My wife, Jean, and I extend our deepest sympathies.

Dear Christine and Inglisa Family,

Your Dad fought a very courageous battle with his disease, and now he is at peace. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this very difficult time. Your Dad's work is finished on this earth, and his eternal journey has just begun. May God bless you and keep you in His care.

Inglisa family and relatives, Judy and I will certainly miss Frank and his gracious and kind demeanor, plus his "humor" about himself and life as he described the human spirit. Frank will be remembered by many us who made contact with him, his wife and children.

Dear Inglisa Family, I was saddened to read about the loss of Frank in the DeMatha newsletter and passed on the sad news to my siblings and Father. I have fond memories of your Dad, Mom and Family from our days at St. Matthias and in Seabrook/Lanham. I pray that God will provide all of you the Love and Care you need in this time of sadness and pain. The many wonderful memories will help to sustain you and keep you as you heal. May God Bless You all and especially Frank as he greets his Lord and Savior at the gates of paradise.

Dear Frank, three events are going to stick forever in my mind about younand Joanne...
First of all you were the first ones that we ever left six weeks old Matthew with... We we were so thankful, because we got to spend the night at Milo's with no worries about the baby, that was more Joanne though I guess;)
you really impresssed me when you took us to the University to the moot court and you were the witness, I enjoyed getting to know American law soo much...
Ande then later when we were back in Germany you became the god father of my otherwise never have been affordable German driver's liscence, you made it posssible with your help!
R.I.P. Frank
And my heart on goes to all on you in these diffficult times

We will miss Uncle Ami and his bear hugs. What a gentle and kind man !! When we were kids and our families got together there was always a conspiracy afoot between him and my Dad to make sure that we had so much fun.

Our heartfelt condolences to the entire Inglisa Family. What wonderful memories I have of you all being together with Frank; whether it be in Lanham playing crochet in the backyard being watched carefully by Frank that noone took an extra uncounted hit at a ball, or at a Canisius Alumni gathering in Washington with Beef on Weck, or during Michael's and/or Paulie's wedding...etc...etc! Wow...Thanks to you, Frank, for being a friend. Rest in Peace.
