Flood; father of Kathleen Williams, Sheila Barnes, Andrew, Michael, Timothy and Peter Flood; grandfather of Ryan Williams, Mia, Edward "Teddy", Owen, Anna, Aidan, Fitzpatrick, Spencer, Brennan and Jackson Flood. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Friday, 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Baptist Church, 12319 New Hampshire Avenue, Silver Spring, MD, on Saturday, October 5, 2013 at 2 p.m. Interment private.
