On Friday, August 31, 2012, of Germantown, MD. Beloved mother of Kathleen Bay (Thomas, Jr.) Falcinelli and Stephen Harry Bay; grandmother of Kristen Elizabeth Falcinelli and Jessica Marie Falcinelli. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Tuesday, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Mother Seton Church, 19951 Fr. I feel blessed to have known Irene for 61 years, since our freshman year at Pembroke College,now incorporated with Brown University. She will be missed by all our classmates who appreciated her wonderful loving qualities.

We will always remember Irene as a person who was willing to help in any way she could. She was funny and wise in many ways. We are sad at her passing.
