On Saturday, December 28, 2013 of Olney MD. Loving mother of Ryan Joseph Tehaan; precious daughter of Carol M. and Ronald E. Andre; loving sister of Karen L. (Darren) Ritter and Brian C. (Christine) Andre; aunt of Jordan, Justin, Jensen and Christopher; beloved friend of Rachel, Jessica, Risa, Nicole and cousin Kelli; also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and Joseph P. Tehaan. Relatives and friends may call at St. Peter's Church, 2900 Sandy Spring Road, Olney, MD Saturday, January 4, 2014 from 10 to 11 a.m. with Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven. She was an amazing person. I loved her very much. Even though she never became my aunt, she felt like one to me. I still have the cheer leading outfit she gave me on Christmas many years ago. I still pray for her.
No one Fights Alone. Every time I look at my cousin Ryan I always see Kristen staring back at me. I love you so much.

Dearest Andre Family,
I worked as the School Nurse with Kristen for a number of years at Briggs Chaney MS. She was always cheerful, hard working and gave completely of herself to support students and fellow staff members at the school. She would stop by the health room daily just to chat for a minute or two. She also helped me with cheerleading at the Academy of the Holy Cross. She inherited all of these wonderful traits from her family which she always spoke highly of. God bless Kristen, Ryan and you her family.
