Beloved wife of Alan Porterfield; mother of Susan (Perry) Mullsteff and Richard Porterfield; grandmother of PJ (Kristen), Chelsea (Pius), Ryan (Clairisse) and the late Sean; great grandmother of Hailey, Bryce, and Brody; sister of Edward, Robert, Julie, Rene, Peg and the late Dorothy. Memorial Service at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, on Saturday, April 20, 2013 at 11 am. Interment private. What a lovely lady!!!! She will be missed terribly by her family. Especially her devoted husband, Alan. The children, grandchildren and great grandchildren were such a joy to her. When I think of her, her bright warm smile is the first thing I remember. She can now dance with joy in Heaven
