MARGARET ANNA FRANCISCA VAZ
On Friday, September 28, 2012, of Silver Spring, Maryland. Beloved wife of the late Giles Joseph Vaz; loving mother of Deborah (Richard) Ide and Cedric (Susan) Vaz. Also survived by three sisters Lucia Soares, Francisca D'Lima and Philomena Ann Fernandes (Sister Geralyn Ann), and two grandsons Andrew and Ethan Ide. Friends may join the family for a Mass of Christian Burial at the Shrine of St. Jude, 12701 Veirs Mill Road, Rockville, MD, on Saturday, October 6, at 11 a.m. followed by funeral reception at the church. Interment Private. Memorial contributions may be made to the Shrine of St. Jude.www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com

Dear Cedric and Debra
You will remember me when I introduce myself to you. My name is Santan De Mello, eldest brother of The De Mello Brothers. You will remember Remy and my Brother Jules perhaps too. I and my wife,Oomega, met you both in Toronto. Your Dad was an extraordinary gentle person . Your Mum was a sweet and gracious lady. She always made time to speak to me and she understood that she had to give up many hours of togetherness because of a musical husband. I know you will miss her love and caring always very intensely. I pray for courage and faith for you both to bear this sad loss. You can take comfort in the fact that your both parents will continue to look after you ever more strongly and that life will bring the joy and peace which will be yours for sure.
