On Monday, August 19, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of the late Robert W. Hanrahan; mother of Roberta Crierie and Mary Kay (Edward) Hinkle; grandmother of Ryan Robert and Christopher Thomas Crierie; sister-in-law of Margaret Giovanni, Eva Hanrahan, and Lillian Smith. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. John the Evangelist Church, 10103 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, MD, on Monday, August 26, at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com

On behalf of the Tumulty family (Alice and Joe)we send you our condolences for the loss of your beloved Mary Catherine. Leo Hanrahan made all of the beautiful flower arrangements for my wedding in 1985. I remember Eva letting us stay warm on cold winter mornings in her home while we waited for the White Oak school bus to pick us up. My parents have a special place in their heart for your family. God bless you during this difficult time.
