MELVIN EUGENE DYSON, JR. (Age 90) Served as a Pilot in the Navy during WWII
On Tuesday, May 7, 2013, of Brookeville, MD. Beloved husband for 60 years of Joan Yingling Dyson; father of Michael (Lisa), Brian, Craig (Casey) and the late Carolyn Dyson Vaughan (Edward). Also survived by eight grandchildren, Jason, Matthew, Holly, Amanda, Brooke, Alex, Columbia and Isabelle; and three great-grandchildren, Courtney, Zachary and Cameron. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Monday, May 13, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Peter's Church, 2900 Sandy Spring Road, Olney, MD on Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. I am so very sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. Dyson.
He was always such a warm, friendly, and caring person to me. And he always seemed like the perfect father and husband.
My thoughts and prayers go out to Mrs. Dyson and the Dyson family. I am so deeply sorry for your loss.
