On Saturday, December 28, 2013, of Hyattsville, MD. Beloved father of Emily Lynn and Grace Elizabeth; son of Mary Elizabeth and William R. Anderson; brother of Mary Teresa, Michael (Theresa), Jim (Maggie), and Patrick (Marianne). Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Thursday, January 2, 2014, 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Camillus Church, 1600 St. Camillus Drive, Silver Spring, MD, on Friday, January 3, 2014 at 10 a.m. Interment Mt. We didn't know Bill well but always enjoyed seeing him at the Walkers. He always made time to talk to us and we were glad of his friendship. He also made great banana bread which he shared with us. May God watch over Emily and Grace as they learn to live without their Dad. I know how tough that will be. Our sympathy and prayers are with all the Anderson family.
