HELEN FRANCES COYNE (Age 80)
On Saturday, December 12, 2015, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved mother of Mary Therese (Kevin) Hughes and Edward J. "Ned" (Jennifer) Coyne; sister of Robert Mulaney, and the late Paul, Thomas, Jack, Edward and Therese Mullaney and Marie Egan; sister-in-law of Emma Mullaney. Also survived by six grandchildren. She graduated from St. Joseph''s College and received a Master Degree from Temple University. She retired as a teacher from Montgomery County Public Schools after 37 years. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Thursday, December 17, 2015, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., Mass of Christian Burial at Church of the Resurrection, 3315 Greencastle Road, Burtonsville, MD on Friday, December 18, at 10 a.m. with visitation at 9:30 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. I worked with Helen years ago at Farquhar Middle. She was a delight to work with... Always so funny and kind. May she rest in peace. I hope your entire family is comforted at this difficult time by the many fond memories you have of this lovely lady.
