HOWARD WATSON PHILLIPS, JR. (Age 90)
On Tuesday, November 22, 2016, of Kensington, MD. Beloved son of the late Howard Watson Phillips, Sr. and Marie M. Barth Phillips. Survived by his cousins Rosemary Hartley, Kathleen Wills, Lawrence Garrett, and many loving friends. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), on Friday, November 25 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Redeemer Church, 9705 Summit Ave, Kensington, MD, on Saturday, November 26 at 10 am.
