On Monday, June 6, 2016, of Bethesda, MD. Beloved husband of Maureen Sauer McKenzie; father of Kathy McKenzie (Duffy) Warren, Patrick M. (Carolina) McKenzie, and Kelly McKenzie (Brian) Mulkins; grandfather of JT (Samantha), Madeline, Brooke, Gary, Grace, Kevin, Kyle, Colin, and Allison; great-grandfather of Trevor. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Wednesday, June 08, 2016, from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 7500 Pearl Street, Bethesda, MD, on Thursday, June 9, 2016 at 10 a.m. Interment private. Maureen and Kathy, Patrick, & Kelly, I was so sorry to hear of the loss of your husband and father. I have so many wonderful & special memories of times spent with your family. Jimmy was a wonderful friend to me & always so kind. We shared many memories & laughs.
Loss can be so difficult but cherishing all the wonderful memories of time spent with Jimmy helps ease the pain. He is now at peace.
