On Sunday, April 10, 2016, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of the late Janet W. Pinner; father of James Lawrence Pinner, Robert Douglas Pinner and Carolyn Jean Clark. Also survived by six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
