JANET LOUISE WOLFE (Age 77)
On Thursday, January 1, 2015, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of James Wolfe; mother of Amy Ferro, David Wolfe, and Jennifer Wolfe; grandmother of Amanda, Katie, Nicole, Kasie, Karie, and Dylan; sister of Donald and the late Flora, George, Irene, Lola, Paul, and Gene Michaels. Also survived by eight great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Monday, January 5, 2015, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Baptist Church, 12319 New Hampshire Avenue, Silver Spring, MD, on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at 10:30 am. Interment private. Dear Jimmy and family,
Bee and I Will always remember all the great times we had together. Our trip to Atlantic City,Bar Harbor and Halifax. There are too many to recall.
I was fortunate to grow up with Janet in Johnstown Pa. We played together as kids. Went to grade school, middle school and Johnstown High. Many wonderful memories. If I could have chose a sister, Janet is the one. Dan and I have missed Janet for the past years but she and Jimmy were always in our thoughts and prayers. We love you Janet.

Janet was more than a friend. If I could have picked a sister, it would have been her. Remembering the years through grade school and high school, we were together all the time. Even after our marriages we kept our friendship strong and meaningful. We married men born on the same day and year, which was always a joking matter. Janet and Jimmy have been in our thoughts and prayers for these past years. We love you JANET.

To my family in Maryland. Janet will always be remembered in my heart as my mother from Pennsylvania. Many years ago when I moved to Maryland before Jen had moved back from Puerto Rico Janet took me into her house barely knowing me fed me and drove me daily to the train station. She is and always will be a shinning star. I love and my second family.

My father was Howard Blair. I grew up playing at my Aunt Lib's house and remember Janet as a very sweet, loving and funny woman. I am sorry for your loss. I know it's been a few rough years for your family. ((hugs))
