JOCELYN E. YANKEY (Age 36)
On Wednesday, April 9, 2014, JOCELYN E. YANKEY; beloved daughter of Raphael and Lucy Yankey; sister of Michelle Yankey; and aunt of Cullen Yankey was called home to the Lord. Services will be held at Good Hope Union United Methodist Church, 14680 Good Hope Road, Silver Spring, MD on Saturday, April 19, 2014 starting at 10 a.m. Interment Parklawn Memorial Park. Jocelyn, words cannot describe the heartfelt pain of losing such as special and dear cousin. My holidays to the US will not be the same without you there. I am so glad that I saw you during my last visit to the US in 2010 and am sorry that I never got to say goodbye to you one last time in person before your passing. I will always appreciate the commitment that you put into showing me a great time during my visits and laugh as I remember all that we got up to! I will cherish those memories forever. As you are laid to rest today and put in the hands of the Lord, I shall be thinking of you and the rest of the family, and giving thanks for the blessing of a very special cousin - gone but not forgotten.
