On Monday, June 23, 2014 , of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of the late Thomas M. Ragland; mother of Robert Ragland, Jeanne (Mike) Daly, and Ann (Jack) Minnis; grandmother of Meghan (Steve) Fletcher, Brian Daly, Kate Daly, Tom Minnis, Mark Minnis, Sara Minnis, and Drew Minnis; sister of Anna (Fred) Biondi, Mary Palomba, and Olga (Chris) Vaccarello. Relatives and friends may call at Church of the Resurrection, 3315 Greencastle Road, Burtonsville, MD on Friday, June 27, from 11:00 to 11:30 a.m. where Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. Interment MD Veteran's Cemetery - Crownsville will be private. www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com

Sending heartfelt prayers for your loss. I have such fond memories of Jo getting into the Christmas spirit wearing bells and a Santa's hat. She was a special lady.

Jeanne, Robert, Anne, and families,
Our hearts go out to you filled with loving memories and thanksgiving for the gift of Jo in our lives. I think the last time we saw her she was wearing jingle bells and had antlers on her head! Good times!
Our hearts ache for your loss but rejoice for Jo for we know she's at peace in heaven. Do you suppose the angels are singing opera for her?
