Elder and Mrs. Norman Watts Sr. are extending their deepest, heartfelt sympathy to the entire Mitchell Family. We certainly feel your hurt and Our hearts are heavy with and for you. Please know that we are holding you up to God for HIS Strength, Power and Comfort. Keep the memories, cry, take time to mourn, and know this... your Daylight is comming according to the scriptures. You ALL are going to make it. The Light is going to shine again. Psa 30:5c .... weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning. MITCHELL family, hold on till Morning!

Keith, you will truly be missed. You were my supervisor at PBGC, friend of the family but most of all you were my shoulder to cry on when times were tough. What a loss for all those whose lives you touched. I will always remember all those conversations we had and forever cherish your wise words of advice. You will live in our hearts forever. May you rest in peace. Our prayers go out to the family.

Mu heartfelt condolences to the Mitchell family. I enjoyed the many years of racing with Keith and will surely miss him in the peloton. Keith truly was a gentlemen on and off the bike.
