I was so very saddened to discover Laurie's passing. We were close for a time when we were very young. She was a special person and I trust God's strength has and will continue to help you all cope with her passing.

Dear Arn and all the family--
We were so very sorry to hear of the loss of your beloved wife, mother, sister, and daughter. I know that you all knew this day would probably come sooner than for many other people, but it still leaves a big hole in your lives. You will grieve that she is not there in your daily lives and you will grieve for what "might have been." That's OK, for awhile. Grieving is part of healing. But I am pretty sure that Laurie would also want you to rejoice that she if free from the bonds of the illness that she fought so valiantly for the past several years. She will want you to know that she is with her Lord now, and is completely healed and free!! Arn, we will be praying for you especially as you walk through these days. It is not easy to lose a spouse at such a young age. May you feel the peace and love of the Lord as you grieve, and then may you find healing coming as time goes on. Many blessings to you and to your sons and the family.
