On Saturday, January 7, 2017, of Mount Airy, MD. Beloved wife of the late Hazel Leo Welsh; mother of Ashton Welsh (Frances), Melissa Fitzgerald (James), Mary Anne Ridgely (the late A. Brice) and Thomas Welsh (Diana); grandmother of Wilson Bounds, Seamus Fitzgerald, Rachel Price, Elizabeth Matan, Patrick Fitzgerald, Christopher Welsh, Molly Nagel, Meagan Romero and the late Caitlyn Fitzgerald; great-grandmother of Cooper Bounds, Casey Bounds, Clara Welsh, Cyperus Welsh, Declan Kenney, James Matan, Jr., Joseph Matan, Delaney Price, Michael Matan, Emma Nagel, William Nagel, Caitlyn Matan, Blake Price, Lilly Nagel, Patrick Ashton Fitzgerald, Jr., Lizzie Matan and Tomas Romero. To Aunt Louise's family, our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this difficult time. Aunt Louise was a beautiful, loving, and amazing woman, wife, mom, and grandmother! She lived almost a century and was always surrounded by her family, friends and many loved ones. In her time and with family, she has left an indelible record of a many faceted life. She was a very special woman,and we will all miss her so much. Thinking of all of you in this time of great sorrow and loss.
