MARGARET HELEN COSTELLO (nee O'Brien) (Age 96)
On Sunday, October 16, 2016, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of the late John F. Costello; loving mother of the late Mary Townley Costello, Anne (David) Knauer, Martin (Eileen), John (Liz), Daniel (Christine) and the late Neil (Joanne) Costello. Also survived by 17 grandchildren and five great-granddaughters. Relatives and friends may call at COLLINS FUNERAL HOME, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Thursday, October 20, from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and at Our Lady of Grace Church, 15661 Norbeck Blvd., Silver Spring, MD, on Friday, October 21, from 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m., where Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Interment Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Montgomery Hospice Casey House, 1355 Piccard Drive, Suite 100,Rockville, MD 20850 or to Gonzaga College High School, Attn: Development Office, 19 Eye Street, N.W. So sorry to not be on hand the last few weeks. I so wanted to say some things to Helen but ended in hospital instead. I shall miss her greatly but am glad I could be a friend these last years.
