On Wednesday, November 4, 2015, of Rockville, MD, originally of Talavera Nueva Ecija and Sampaloc, Manila. Beloved wife of the late Mariano Balbago, Sr.; mother of Maria "Mimi" Wilhelmina (Lorenzo "Ted") de Guzman, Maria Elizabeth "Liz-Beth" Balbago, Msgr. Mariano "Mann" Balbago, Jr., Maria Estrella "Thea" Balbago, Maria Victoria "Vicky" Menge, Emmanuel "Manny", Reynaldo "Rey" (Marites "Tess"), Edgardo "Ed", and Roberto "Bobby" Balbago; grandmother of Peter James, Pamela Victoria, Robert William, Michelle Victoria, Mary Rosselle, and Reymar Josselle; sister of Mariano S. Talento Jr. and the late Josefina Talento Baring.
