MARY DOLORES DEMMA (Age 92)
On Saturday, October 18, 2014, Born November 5, 1921, Ebensburg, PA, daughter of the late Gordon H. Dumm and Esther (Kirsch) Dumm. Beloved wife of the late Alfred P. Demma. Survived by her three children, Thomas P. (Deidre) Demma; Sally A. (Gary) Ellis; and Susan M. (Robert) Boswell; six grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren. Also survived by sisters and brothers, Donald G. (Hilda) Dumm, Imogene R. Reidy, Roselyn M. (Frank) Colella, Clair J. (Dee) Dumm, Patrick W. (Barbara) Dumm, and sister-in-law Sarah "Sally" A. Elms. Preceded in death by brothers, Rev. Wilfred M. Dumm, OSB, Rev. Demetrius R. Dumm, OSB, and Frederick D. Thomas, and brother-in-law John C. Reidy. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Wednesday, October 22, from 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. John the Evangelist Church, 10103 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, MD, on Thursday, October 23, at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com
