Mary Louise was an exceptional person who was so special to so many. She was a Sigma sister since 1986 and meant so much to us individually and as a group.

Mary Louise and I met at church and became close friends at a time when I needed the kind of friend she became. I am blessed that our lives crossed paths and will miss her very much. Joan Zavala

Mrs. Dickenson was my home ec. instructor in my sophomore year at Blair, and I was her assistant in my senior year. We kept in touch over the years, and had many pleasant lunches together. What a wonderful person she was.

Mrs. Dickenson was my home economics teacher at Blair in 1966 or 67. This past weekend the class of '68 held a 50th class reunion so it is sad and ironic to see her passing in the Post today. Mrs. Dickenson took her home economics teaching very seriously and as a result we learned quite a bit. I remember her very clearly; she was a beautiful woman who was always impeccably put together. Sending condolences to her family.
