On Tuesday, May 8, 2018, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved father of Sarah McIntyre (David Sauer) and Kelly Beeseck (Chris); son of Frances and the late Francis "Mickey" McIntyre, brother of Diane Cottone (Frank), Patricia Pelszynski (John), Regina McIntyre (Lane Shirey), Mary Schulze (Larry) and Margaret Whisner (Ron). Also survived by many nieces and nephews. What a fun and wonderful man. He was my best buddy at PHI and we had a lot of fun times and conversations even after he retired. I can't believe I'll never get another crazy text or phone call from him. My condolences to your family and his daughters. :(

It still seems impossible that Mike is gone--that he's not just off to Paris for the summer. Kelly and Sarah, when we'd get together a couple times a year for oysters at Old Ebbitt, your dad would fill me in on all you'd done, and he was tremendously proud of both of you. I am so, so sorry for your loss--both of you, and all your family.
