On Saturday, February 14, 2015, of Rockville, MD. Beloved wife of Albert G. Leigh, III; mother of Albert G. (Olga) Leigh, IV, Kristina (Franz) Rueckner, Bryan (Charlotte) Leigh. Grandmother of Karsten, Tatyana, Dyanna, Tyler, Leizel, Albert G. V., and Peter. Sister of Leticia Diaz and Pedro Diaz. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Blvd. West, Silver Spring, MD (Valet Parking) Wednesday, February 18, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service at Collins Funeral Home on Thursday at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Nelly was a wonderful Nurse and a special woman that I had the pleasure of working with most 3 days a week often all day long .She was clearly the best O.R. Nurse and taught many other Nurses. Such a wonderful lady that often spoke about her family especially here Grandchildren. She has done so much in her life for so many. She has made and impression in my heart and I am so sure many others she will live in our Hearts Forever.God Bless You Nelly

Nelly was the best sister-in-law you could ever have. She was a fine Christian woman who loved her family first and foremost. Albert was truly a lucky man when he married her.
Nelly will be sorely missed by all of us. Please know that we love you guys and if you need ANYTHING we are only a phone call away.
