PATRICK FRANCIS SHERMAN (Age 56)
On Saturday, August 30, 2014, of Garrett Park, MD. Beloved father of Dan, Katie, Tim, and John Sherman; son of Elizabeth E. Sherman and the late Francis W. Sherman; brother of Kathleen Hutson, Elizabeth A. Sherman, and Frank Sherman. Also survived by many loving family and friends. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Thursday, September 4, from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Grace Church, 15661 Norbeck Blvd, Silver Spring, MD, on Friday, September 5, at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Pat was such a great guy in so many ways, and in our teenage years we sure did have some fabulous experiences! Pat had a heart of gold, and was such a dear friend in those crazy high school days. Although our life paths didn't cross often enough after high school, we sometimes managed to catch up and share both memories and catch each other up on our lives.
