PAUL L. BEST, SR. (Age 79)
On Wednesday, March 26, 2014, of Charles Town, WV. Beloved husband of the late Helen E. Best; father of Paul L. Best, Jr., Spencer Best, Peggy (Michael) Moreland, and the late Michael Best. Also survived by six grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Sunday, from 2 to 4 p.m. where Funeral Service will be held on Monday, March 31, 2014 at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
