Beloved husband of Janet Tansill; loving father of Lisa O'Neill and her husband, Stephen, and the late Linda Tansill; proud grandfather of Alexander and Trevor O'Neill; brother of the late Helen A. Brown; uncle of Bruce Brown, John Hazelbaker and Diane Ruegg.
