On Tuesday, February 17, 2015, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of Charmon Cargill; father of Michael (Sandra) Cargill, Moira LaVeck, Maureen (Thomas) Moritz, and Anne (David) Cargill; grandfather of Megan LaVeck, Matthew LaVeck, Caitlin Moritz, Kelly Moritz, and Fiona Bonnett. Graveside Service will be held at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 13801 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, MD, on Friday, February 27, at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 225 North Michigan Avenue, Floor 17, Chicago, IL 60601.www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com

So sorry to hear at Mass on Sunday that Bob had passed away. I met your parents many years ago at a study group from church. Your father always did a beautiful job of reading the Sunday readings at Mass and was always so friendly to everyone. He truly was a good man.

Mr. Cargill was a gracious and kind man. His love for his wife Charm was so touching and beautiful. He was an amazing advocate for her. I am privileged to have known Mr. Cargill. May his memory be a blessing...
