Beloved husband of Mary Ellen Williams; father of Catherine Williams, Jennifer (Michael) Dolan and Valerie Williams; grandfather of Lucas and Bevan Roberts Williams. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Monday, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 7 to 9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Bernadette's Church, 72 University Blvd. East, Silver Spring, MD, on Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at 12 noon.
