On Monday, January 8, 2018, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of the late Donald Watkins, Sr.; mother of Debbie (John) Murray, Diana (Pat) McMahan and Donald Watkins, Jr.; grandmother of Ryan, Chris, Matt, Dan, Nick and Kendall. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), on Thursday, January 11 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., where Funeral Service will be celebrated on Friday, January 12 at 11 a.m. Interment Parklawn Memorial Park.
