Tom was an absolute gentleman with a kind heart. He was loved by all who knew him. I know he will be sadly missed by all especially aunty Tess, young tom, Sean & Dina and Colleen.. I hope they all get strength from knowing that Tom is no longer in any pain and is finally at peace. Sending all my love and I will be keeping them in my thoughts xx
