Mr Fannon was a icon in Alexandria and will alway be remembered.
My deepest sypathy to family and friends that were fortunate enough to have hiim and his wife in their life.

T.J. was a dedicated and generous Rotarian and a civic-minded benefactor of, and volunteer for, many local charities. All of Rotary District 7610 is at a loss at his passing, and we send our condolences to the entire family, as well as T.J.'s friends.

I first met Mr. Fannon when Jack and I were at Notre Dame together. I remember vividly how much he enjoyed life, loved Notre Dame and most importantly loved his family. My thoughts and prayers are with all the family. God Bless.

When I was the Physical Plant Director at the Virginia Theological Seminary I was fortunate enough to have TJ as not only an exemplary contractor but as a friend. He was a true gentleman and he will be missed.

Dearest TJ and the entire Fannon family. God Bless you all. We are truly all so blessed to have had TJ in our lives. My thoughts are with you all and I have many fond memories of TJ and the Fannon family from childhood.
