THOMAS REACHMACK Obituary


Thomas John Reachmack   (Age 78)  
On December 27, 2016, beloved husband of Linda Hogan Reachmack; loving father of Lisa Thea Reachmack (deceased), Timothy Reachmack, and daughter-in-law Marty Barrick. Twin brother of Tim Reachmack(deceased) and Nick Reachmack. He was devoted to his step-daughters, Amy and Stephanie (deceased). He is also survived by his children's mother, Patricia Reachmack; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Tom was proud to be a native born Washingtonian, growing up in Brookland until moving to Silver Spring in 1965. He loved animals especially his dog Coco. He was a 32�� Mason and belonged to Naval Lodge No. 4 for over 50 years. His interests were geology, fishing, yard sales, treasure hunting, books, decoys, Maine and college football though not necessarily in that order. The Lord Jesus was his Savior, this he firmly believed. Tom will be missed.Family will receive friends on Sunday, January 8, from 2 to 4 p.m. (Valet Parking) and on Monday, January 9 from 10:30 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. at Francis J Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Blvd W, Silver Spring, MD 20901. Interment will be at Ft. Lincoln Cemetery 3401 Bladensburg Rd, Brentwood MD 20722.

I was looking at photos from 50 years ago last night. I saw photos of Uncle Tom with his young family and new house. We spent Christmas together with our family along with day trips to explore the D.C. Area. I will miss you
