On Tuesday, March 7, 2017, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of the late Constance Cicala for 66 years; father of Nancy (Rick) Pounds, and Thomas (Deborah) Cicala; grandfather of Kimberly (James) Pettit, Eric (Megin) Pounds, Joseph (Angela) Cicala, Dana (the late David) Lyon, Cristina Cicala (Robert), Darren (Hannah) Pounds; great-grandfather of Travis, Logan, Augustino, Elijah, Ari, Ryker, Judah, Mac, and Titus. Brother of the late Joseph (Josephine) Cicala, DDS and Fred Cicala; brother-in-law of Virginia Cicala. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Monday, March 13, 2017, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.. Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Evangelist Church, 10103 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, MD, on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at 11:30 am. Interment Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
