On Friday, August 12, 2016, of Silver Spring, MD and Round Pond, ME. He is survived by his wife, Amy Hanna Doherty; daughters Erin Doherty Keeton, Maura Doherty and Alyssa Doherty Jahn. Also survived by beloved grandchildren Aiden, Colleen, Ava and Michael and sister, Christine. Graveside Service and inurnment at Oak Hill Cemetery, Round Pond, ME. Vinny and I were old friends from Somerville Ma. I was saddened to learn of his passing and wish to extend my condolences to his family. My friend has left this earth a little to soon but heaven will be a bit brighter. Rest in peace Vinny.
